At The Pawsitive Cat Sitter, we prioritize the highest level of care for your pets. Our services are meticulously designed to offer the best possible care, and to ensure this commitment, all services must be prepaid in advance. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to offer flexibility when unforeseen circumstances arise, keeping your pet's well-being as our top priority.

 

Pet Services

For pet sitting services, we maintain a flexible cancellation policy. You have the option to cancel your booking without incurring any fees until the evening prior to the scheduled service. In the unfortunate event that you must cancel a pet sitting service, rest assured that we will provide a 100% refund of the fee you paid. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are paramount.

 

Bulk Hour Pricing for Pet Services:

We are pleased to offer Bulk Hour Pricing packages that allow you to save on pet services. These packages are prepaid and remain valid for a generous 24 months. You can use these hours for any of our pet services, with the flexibility to schedule your time in 15-minute and 30-minute increments.

Whether you've purchased a Bulk Hour Pricing package or not, all services must be scheduled in advance. This practice ensures that we can provide the highest quality care for your pets and maintain an organized schedule. In the case of a cancellation for a Bulk Hour Pricing package, the prepaid hours will be reinstated into your remaining package hours, and no cash refunds will be provided. Payment Methods and Taxes

Currently, we accept payment via e-transfer and cash. Please be aware that all pricing is subject to a 13% HST tax.

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation and refund policies. These policies allow us to plan efficiently and maintain the utmost care for your pets.
